CUSTOMER INFORMATION
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS​
Each product is provided with a product description and key information section. Please take the time to carefully read all the information provided. I, Charmaine Rachel Art, create and display all of the images and media found within this website. Although, every effort is made to ensure the images are as accurate as possible, I cannot guarantee your item(s) will be an exact match to the products displayed on your screen. Screen, colour and individual printing methods contribute to such differences arising.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Fine art prints, ceramic mug SETS and cushions include P&P charges anywhere within the U.K. Postage charges for greetings cards, single ceramic mugs and all overseas charges will be added at the checkout.
All prices cover any fees, packaging supplies, labour and storage.
Accountability for loss or damages to your order remains with the postal service, and a claim should be made by yourself as soon as you are able. I am happy to provide any information that may help you with this.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU'VE PLACED YOUR ORDER
Once you have completed the steps at the checkout, your order will come through to me instantly. I will then check my stock room for your item(s). If an item needs to be ordered from the manufacturer I will do so immediately, so please allow extra time for your item(s) to arrive with me (Timing can vary depending on my manufacturers schedules and I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause). Once I have all the item(s) needed to fulfil your order I will expertly package them all, together, and mark with your full name and address. I will aim to have your order sent out the next working day. Once your order has been taken to the post office, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

U.K. DELIVERY
Original artwork and commissions are packaged and sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with tracking and insurance cover included. Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order the next working day.
Prints, ceramic mugs and cushions are packaged and sent out via Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order within 2 to 3 working days.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
All orders placed outside the U.K. are packaged and sent out via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order within 3 to 4 working days. However, please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery as customs times can vary.
As of 22/03/2022 all international shipping costs will be calculated using weight.

RETURNS
Every order is handled by myself with extreme care and I want for everyone to love their items. As I am a small business, I only keep very small numbers of stock due to limited storage space. This means all sales are final except for certain situations.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Charmaine Rachel Art retains any and all rights to all artwork created and displayed, even after final sale. This includes merchandise, fine art prints, original artworks and commissions.

Charmaine Rachel Art retains any and all rights to reproduce any artwork created, except in circumstances pre-arranged with the customer.

You, the customer, are prohibited from reproducing any artwork, in any way, unless given permission directly from the artists - Charmaine Rachel Art.

You, the customer, has the right to display any items or artwork in your home or business.

You, the customer, are prohibited from the resale of any items or artwork if doing so is for personal profit.
